Visiting from out of town and saw this place close to my hotel, thought it might be like noodles and co which I don't love but waaaaaay better. Got the build your own bowl and it was delicious. Was greeted as o walked in and thanked as I left only for a pickup order which is a far cry from a lot of places where they potentially just ignore you especially since they have the pick up racks. I will visit again when I'm back in town.
